1300 Herman Street
As the sister project to 1301 Herman Street, the 2.0 version has a lot to live up to! Keeping in mind the growing industrial Marathon neighborhood, this design brings a fresh and flavorful spin to the slightly smaller project for a “jewel box” effect.
You can sense an energetic flare in the lobby from the vibrant tile pattern, and abundance of natural greenery, to the unexpected touches of blue mirror in the ceiling features. This sophisticated yet youthful feeling is repeated throughout all the amenity spaces including a fitness space, clubroom, and coworking space, all of which have access to the well-rounded pool deck.
