Sandhill Parkway Townhomes

Located in East Bethel, Minnesota, Sandhill Parkway is comprised of 199 new rentable units within 17 newly constructed townhome structures. There are 8 different building typologies throughout the development, offering a variety of unit options for new residents to choose from. At the heart of the development is a clubhouse building that welcomes residents and visitors, creating a central hub for activity and community.

The clubhouse is full of exciting program including a clubroom with a quaint kitchenette and double-sided fireplace, extensive fitness center, conference room, package concierge, and dog spa. The exterior even has a pool, grilling stations, sauna, & outdoor game time viewing locations. The interior design takes the farmhouse style architecture, and makes it pop with sky blue, strawberry red, and a mustard yellow color palette, and sweet touches from the wallcoverings to lighting selections.

The exterior design for this new development is done with a farmhouse aesthetic. The primary exterior material is white fiber cement siding, and each window is framed with matching trim. Cultured stone wraps the perimeter base of each building, with board and batten siding at the gable locations. All window frames, entry and garage doors have a black finish, creating a modern take on the farmhouse aesthetic. Shutters, trim boards, gable vents and carefully selected light fixtures bring an additional layer of detail, with the black and white palette creating an elevated and charming take on the farmhouse look for the East Bethel community.

The current masterplan will be completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 is 17 buildings, with the remaining 18 buildings to be completed in Phase 2. There is also potential for a third phase to be developed in the coming years.
