Rye Apartments

Rye Apartments is a 4 story, 168-unit multi-family building located in Farmington, MN. As one of the first new developments in Farmington for quite some time, the team hit the ground running to create a modern farmhouse style residence.

Utilizing an “H” shape, the building provides a variety of unit types -ranging from one-bedroom alcoves to three-bedroom apartments. The “H” shape also allows for an protected courtyard space, perfect for the amenity deck that flows right off the interior amenities. The deck includes multiple grilling stations, firepits, lounge space, and a pool with cabanas.

Guests and residents alike are pulled into the clubroom space by enticing views to the outdoor space beyond. Adjacent to the clubroom space, there are two spaces separated by pocket doors & French doors respectively. Behind the French doors, a kitchen and private dining space share the double-sided fireplace with the central clubroom. The space can be used to host a variety of events, from community events run by the building staff, to smaller private gatherings hosted by residents. Behind the pocket door, an additional space adjacent to the clubroom is a speak-easy inspired space with a game table & liquor lockers for residents to enjoy.
