Hilton Hotel

Located on the corner of Southeast Huron Boulevard and Essex Street Southeast adjacent to the University of Minnesota campus, the former DoubleTree, now Hilton Garden Inn, is a 5 story, 141 room full service upscale hotel. It offers a 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant and bar, heated indoor pool and workout facility for guests. The 6,500 sq. ft. ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows is one of the most impressive spaces in the city.

The uniquely shaped site offered creative design challenges throughout the project, which allowed for elegant rooms, spacious suites, and impressive views of Huntington Bank Stadium. The design mimics the modern style of the local architecture while also creating its own identity in the University district.
